I’m Desperate To Get To Sleep!

It might be every night (like me) or just once in a while

, not being able to sleep is no fun. The most common situation is when you are tired, but you cant seem to get your mind to slow down. I understand what you're going through. You cant help but dwell on the fact that you are desperate to get to sleep. I usually keep thinking about how I need to fall asleep soon or Im going to be too tired tomorrow. I stumbled upon something called binaural beats that help me when Im desperate to get to sleep. These beats (or tones) are designed to help slow the brain waves to the point of sleep. The science behind this says that as you listen your brain waves will actually gravitate to match what your brain is perceiving. This allows the binaural beats to be easily designed to work. The most obvious reason to use binaural beats when you are desperate to get to sleep, is because they are safe. You wont be taking any drugs. Another good reason to try them is that they are instantly available. If its 2am and you have been desperate to get to sleep for hours, your options are limited.
