For humans, the first and most important thing for living is food. Nobody can lives without food. In the old days people ate food only just because of the requirement, slowly time got changes and now people started to add some taste to their food. Just to satisfy the taste many experiments have been performed. One best invention of the experiment is an ice cream.

For the producing taste ice cream Arabs played very crucial role and put their first step for adding flavor in ice cream because they have begun to use the sugar and syrup instead of honey. In ten BC, sweet ice cream flavored with fruits and nuts can buys all the major cities of the Arabs. Now they also started to add milk and egg yolk in ice cream to give different flavor to ice cream.

Ice cream parlor first started in America and was opened in 1776 in New York.

The story behind the invention of the cone is also very interesting. After the ice cream became a popular person named Italo Marchiony sold ice cream cart on Wall Street, but the problem is that he was selling ice crystal and the people use to break glasses which were used by him to serve the ice cream which was costing him too much. To reduce their overhead costs, he invented edible waffle cups with sloping sides and a flat bottom. Therefore, the ice cream cone started coming into being. He patented the idea in 1903.

The ice cream may be more popular as a continuous process freezer was back in 1926. This has led to the demand of parlors and stores selling ice cream all over the world and now it had become the most successful business
