High Cholesterol Is a fatty element that is carried in your blood veins. Although the body needs cholesterol we should avoid it because our liver can already produce it but if we eat meat of animals we are giving our body extra cholesterol which can lead to diseases already.
Diabetes - It is one of the most major risks for our heart. It is a risk that our heart suffers because of the increase in our blood sugar level.
There are a lot of things that can cause heart diseases but these three major risk can kill us with no exact time and no exact date any where in the world. There are things that can also cause to weaken our body and even lower our energy for daily activities.
Smoking - It is a method of inhaling a smoke from a cigar, tobacco or something that can produce a nicotine substance that can fit in inside the lungs. It will reduce our brain functionality and can induce chemical reaction towards our rate of heart beat which only few of us know. We are informed that smoking can only produce lung cancer but heart attack and stroke is not cause by smoking, wrong. Chemicals like carbon monoxide and are also harmful to our heart.
Since we desire a well lifestyle eating good dietetically foods with benefits can give us a good healthy body and a healthy lifestyle. As often said Health is wealth and having good health can give you a good wealth too. So do some exercise, enjoy your day and eat well and have fun with life towards a good and healthy life style.
