Are you a busy person who always spends most of your time at your office

? Having no time for exercise will make your lifestyle unhealthy. Changing your office into a small gym will be a good idea. You can do exercise at your desk so that you can still boost your energy, burn your calories, and also relieve your stress.

As the first exercise you can do is a squat. You can stand in the front of your chair and then open your feet as wide as your shoulder. Bend your knees as if you are sitting on your chair so that you have all your weight supported on your heels. If you have your legs parallel to the chair, rise to your starting position slowly.

Then, you can choose plie squats. To perform this exercise, you can do a wide stance with the toes pointing outward. Then, stand upright and also bend your knees slowly to the direction of the toes so that they are unseen. Then, return to your first position.

The next thing you can do is to sit with your backs against the wall. Then, take your feet away from wall so that all the weight of your back is all supported by the wall. Bend your knees till they form 90 degree angle. Hold on this position as long as possible

Another great idea of exercise you can do at your office is to pose like warriors. Take a position in which your arms are by your side. Then, move forward you right hand as far as possible so that it will have a parallel position to the floor. Then, push off your leg and back to your first position. Alter this activity using your left leg. It will be good exercise for you to do at your office.
