You will find you may question everything that you once took for granted, no longer trusting what once was.

Its time to get back your self esteem and you can start by placing the other woman on a lower level than you. For one she must be below you because she cheated on you with your husband. Come up with your own image of her and make her the nastiest woman you could possibly see. Now place yourself on a pedestal above her, make a list of all the great qualities that you have and write them down so you can read them back to yourself at any time.
