Are you in a position where everything is going really well in your life
. You have a nice job, good money, nice home, a couple of cars, lots of other toys, everybody is healthy, and you go on lot of nice vacations? In general, life is good. Is this you? Then "LOOK OUT"!!!!! Thats right, you are in danger.
Even if you have a little nest egg, and you lose your only source of income, you are in trouble. With today's economy, many people are finding this out the hard way, no matter where they are financially. We all are aware of the Madoff incident. The guy was one of those "aire" people - a millionaire, billionaire, etc, - and look what happened to him. I used to work for a millionaire that owned a very successful heavy highway construction company and over night he had to shut down his company. Even Donald Trump lost every thing overnight. Additionally, we all are personally aware of people that have lost their jobs at the snap of a finger or took a major hit in the stock market. Do you still think this could not ever happen to you? I liken these type of thinkers as people that are approached by Mike Tyson who says that he is going to knock your block off, and they don't do anything to defend themselves. Well, I propose you defend yourself while things are going good by seriously considering an alternative source of income with multi level marketing (MLM).
Yes, a MLM business is difficult to build and takes time to build, but the fact is that it does work and people do make money in MLM. Like any other business, it takes time to learn how to build an MLM business. While you have the resources and influence with your friends, take the time now to start your MLM business. When you lose your only source of income, you are going to become very thrifty with the money you have saved. You are not going to want to spend it on something you are not to sure about. If you wait till you lose your job to talk to your friends, then they are going to think your involved with your MLM because you are desperate. In contrast, when things are going good, people do look at you in a positive way. If you talk to people while you are doing good, they are more likely to listen to what you have to say.
Some positive aspects is that an MLM can literally be run from the comforts of your own home. It is as easy as talking to people, whether you are at work or just hanging out with friends. All you need is a good computer, internet service, phone and the willingness to talk to people. This sounds simple and you have probably been approach by many MLM persons. The question is why dont we take MLM seriously? Many believe the saying "If it sounds to good to be true, dont get involved" and that MLMs are like this. I will agree with this to a point. If someone tells you that you can make a million dollars over night and you dont have to do anything to get it, then you need to run as fast as you can. The fact about MLMs is, yes you have an unlimited earning potential, but it is NOT EASY to build. I personally own a very successful non-MLM home based business. It was not very easy to build. My
primary MLM business opportunity is no different. Actually, my MLM business is just as difficult, but it is by far the most exciting and fun business that I have been involved in.
Another objection I hear alot is that MLMs are illegal pyramid schemes. All I can say about this is that multi level marketing is a legimate business practice. If you don't believe me, get the name and phone number of the next MLM person that calls you and report them to your local police department and accuse them of operating an illegal pyramid scheme. Heck, report me if you want. Let me know what happens. I need a good laugh. I will make my police officer business partner aware of this illegal activity and turn myself in. Oh by the way, as a good citizen, you will need to turn in Buffet, Kiyosaki and Trump also. All three are recognized successful businessmen and all are actively involved in MLMs.
The fact is, people are going to find some objection as to why they don't want to get involved in an MLM. Most of those reasons are misguided. If I knew the exact proper answer to each person's objection, I would share it with you, but I don't. But the purpose of this article is to hopefully get you seriously thinking about a alternative source of income with multi level marketing now, while things are going good for you. I am speaking more to those that have never been involved with an MLM. As one of you, I think I understand why you are not involved, but I want you to know what I have found.
