If the idea of the Florida's Pastor is reasonable then the question is…
Pastor Terry Jones, the leader of a small Florida church that advocates anti-Islam
philosophy said that he is determined to burn copies of the Quran on Sept. 11
I think he is confused.
He might have read some verses like the following and he thinks that they are in the Quran
Ezekiel 9:6 (New International Version)
Slaughter old men, young men and maidens, women and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Begin at my sanctuary." So they began with the elders who were in front of the temple
Jeremiah 48:10(New International Version)
A curse on him who is lax in doing the LORD's work!
A curse on him who keeps his sword from bloodshed!
So, the sword has to keep onblood shedding every moment otherwise, the Biblical followers will be Cursed.
Also, the Biblical writers claim that the Peaceful Lord Jesus said
Matthew 10:34(New International Version)
"Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword."
That is why I assume that this Florida's Pastor is just confused.
Poor he! He keeps reading verses like the above and he thinks that they are in the Quran!
Can anyone does a favor for him and tells him that such verses are in the Bible not in the Quran?
Can anyone does a favor for him and tells him that the sword is mentioned more than 400 times in the Bible and it is never ever mentioned in the Quran?
However, if the idea of the Florida's Pastor is logically reasonable because of the horrible outcome of Sep.11 that every normal person hates, then the question is:
What about the book in which God commanded to kill and burn all the forms of life and to commit many mass murders that have not even done by Hitler?
Has not the Florida's Pastor read the horrible book of Joshua?
Has not the Florida's Pastor read that Joshua strictly followed the commandments of His Lord God and him (Joshua)?
1) Totally destroyed many cities and left them desolate and uninhabited
2) Killed without mercy all the men in such cities
3) Killed without mercy all the women in such cities
4) Killed without mercy all the seniors in such cities
5) Killed without mercy all the kids, boys, girls and babies in such cities
6) Killed also all the animals in such cities
7) Burned all the plants in such cities.
However, none of Muslims think to burn the Bible because of Joshua book because Muslims believe that the Bible is the Book of Allah but it is corrupted by those who wrote it.
Of course, Pastor Terry Jones, who is looking to be famous, has no idea about the Quran, and he has no idea about the difference between the Quran and the Bible and further he has no idea which book is superior and inspired by the Almighty Creator.
As a matter of fact I cannot help him.
However, if he, and/or anyone else whoever he is, thinks that the Bible is superior to the Quran, then I invite him to read my articles to know the difference. If he is not convinced, then I will be more than happy to debate him intellectually without any nervousness on this great website: "Article base", subject by subject. I will leave him to choose any subject that he likes.
Then I will leave the reader to make up his mind.
I believe that this civilized intellectual suggestion is fair enough for the Florida's Priest and anyone else whose job is Anti-Islam.
You Florida's Pastor, I invite you to my civilized debate, perhaps you may change your mind and burn.
