If you Can't Believe, You Can't Achieve A Way to Circumvent That

The main reason that people fail to achieve something significant in their life is that they fail to believe that they can. Great projects require massive action and unfailing dedication and those great projects always contain some elements of uncertainty. The resources, time and knowledge necessary for the completion of these objectives may not seem to be available at the onset, so it will create doubts and uncertainty.

Only the most hardy will dare to go ahead when uncertainty looms on the horizon. Exceptional courage is necessary to put everything on the line and take the plunge when failure could be the end result. Luckily, it does not have to be this way. There is another option that can guarantee success.

In order to take advantage of that failsafe option, a change of paradigm is necessary. Whatever project being considered must be viewed from a larger perspective. The whole picture has to be taken into consideration. The ultimate result of the undertaking has to be placed in the proper perspective.

No mater what a major project or objective is, the most important thing to be considered is not what the realization of that project will bring on the physical plane but what it will do on the personal plane. It not what the project can give us that really matters but what it will make of us.

Being involved in a great undertaking will literally transform the person who attempts it. Who the person is when the project starts will be drastically changed when that project ends, no matter what that end is.

Experience will be acquired. Wisdom will be acquired. Skill will be sharper. The initiator of the project will have grown as a person. There will be more maturity and a deeper understanding in the affairs of man will be acquired.

In life, there is no such thing as failure. Just results. We find that when everything into consideration, the outcome reached was the only logical one. If a man attempts to climb a mountain and does not reach the summit, that's not a failure. It's the logical end result of the planning that was done and the level of determination that was involved. Given those factors, no other result was possible.

So, if a major undertaking is considered, and doubts are a major obstacle that prevents the birth of that project, a new perspective must be considered. The project must cease to be seen as an end in itself and it must be viewed as a tool for self-growth and self-actualization.

Viewed in that light, no project or undertaking can ever be seen as a failure. It becomes a learning and self-expanding tool. Its true value will be allowed to express itself. It becomes a win, win situation.

When it all comes down to the basic truth, it not what we have that really matters, It's who we are. It's not what we have achieved or failed to achieve that is really important. What matters most is who we've become. Satisfaction and contentment is not determined by exterior factors. It is something that resides in our head and in our heart. The ultimate of all objective is to feel good about who we are. When all is said and done, nothing else really matters.

Man may desire to conquer and build, but the ultimate quest and achievement is self-actualization.
