. New patients, low income, no system in place, patients laughing at your recommendationsthose are the effects, not the cause of your stress. YOU are ultimately in control, yet you find it easier to blame others. It's a common theme. Just take a step back and be big enough to realize what you're doing. You are sabotaging your practice and the lifestyle you want to live by refusing to look beyond the effects of your current situation. New patients will come, referrals will happen (and automatically I might add), your income will increasebut first you have to put a system in place that you can actually stick to and will actually work.
