If you intend to buy Bradley Smoker, this is A Review of Experience

I had been looking for some type of meat smoker for a while

, and I had never even heard of this Bradley Food Smoker before until I searched on Amazon. I love smoked meats, especially ribs and I was prepared to buy one of the charcoal fired barrel products and figured that I just have to accept the fact that it takes lots of babysitting to keep the temperature right, keep making adjustment and adding wood chips over the course of a day. In hopes that I did not wait too long or burn the food up. But this smoker is so great! It needed no hassle, no babysitting, no guessing and you can start it up in the morning and walk away, do whatever you want until you are ready to eat.

The quality of the metal, paint and every part is exceptional and had I paid twice the price I would still be impressed. The packaging alone is beyond belief. They are serious about this thing arriving with no damage.

Basically, the smoker works in almost auto pilot. You set the smoker up, plug it in, put the water-bowl in place, sliding the temperature control lever to a setting which will get the box to the proper temperature, add the flavored pucks to their silo, hit the advance button and let the smoker do the job.

I bought the Bradley smoker about 6 months ago, and let me tell you it is the best smoker ever. Who has the time to sit and watch a fire all day just to get smoked food? This smoker is simple and the flavor is awesome. Everyone who has tasted the finished product from my smoker has absolutely loved it.

If you are thinking about buying a smoker, don't waste your time and efforts comparing this to other smokers, this is the best choice for sure.

The bottom line is that by following the simple recipes that it comes with, I have had amazingly good ribs, pork roasts, chicken, fish and brisket so far. The flavor of smoked food is a sweet and subtle, not burnt and unpleasant taste like out of control smokers can produce.

This Bradley Food Smoker is one of the best purchases I have ever made.
