Important Lesson In My Life

Some of the best memories which I have of my old friends are the time spent with each other in college

. I still remember most of my outing in college days with friends and girlfriends too. Before settling in Hyderabad, I was in Mumbai. All my education degrees are from Mumbai University. The college I attended was Ruia College in Matunga.

Everyone thinks their college is the best and Im no exception. Ruia is the best college in Mumbai. Your every talent gets recognized here and you could use your talent in the way you like. There are plenty of opportunities in this college and you would surely get an opportunity to showcase your talent. In my third year I got in to their cultural activities association and I was supposed to find new talents and give them an opportunity to display their skills. Trust me Ive interacted with people who have amazing talent but are not aware of their talent. All they need to do was to practice regularly and they could have been next big thing. Some believed in us and excelled in their talent others neglected but succeeded in other things which they got involved with.

Being into cultural activity association I was supposed to socialize very much which has its advantage and disadvantages too. The advantages were you meet people from different fields and can establish contacts with them which eventually you can use anytime in your life. The disadvantage was that you have to handle so many contacts which leave you hardly any time for your personal things. I had to find some sponsor for the activity and I met people from different companies. During this stint I came across some people from Investment background. I get to know many things from them. I still remember Mr. Prashant Kelkar who was one of the clients who was sponsoring our event. We became really close and he was really a person who went into detail of everything he did or wished to do.

I had once heard him speaking about Pancard club investment scheme. He was much tensed and was screaming about being cheated by some company. Upon inquiring he told me that there was an investment scheme in the market which has been rumored to be fraud. Even Prashant had invested in that scheme and was worried about the amount invested. Later he came to know that the news was nothing but rumor. Even Pancard club limited people assured its members that the scheme is still on and it was coz just because of some miscommunication between the company and the club members.

Ive hardly met Prashant after that discussion but had some telephonic conversations with him. I was wondering even though at that point Prashant felt he made a wrong investment decision he was point correct in his every decision. I learned this from him and started judging everything keeping in mind that I might not be always right. This will never increase my expectations which in return will not make me feel bad if one of my decision backfires.
