For large electronics you can use their original boxes because they were specially designed for transportation purpose. If possible switch of you electronics at least two days before the packing schedule so that they become cool and normal. Remove all the fixtures and pack them in separate plastic bags. Tape all the loose parts and restrict their movements. Pack in original cartons using padding stuffs.
Wooden stuffs are also very difficult to handle in relocation. You should first dissemble them in parts to easily manage them. Also properly numbers all the parts so that any one can easily assemble them on needs. Use good quality moving blankets and rubber pads to cover them. It will save your valuable furniture from damages and scratches.
