Arm muscles are a part of the mans body that women go crazy over, so it's no surprise that guys are constantly trying to improve arm muscle and build up the guns'. To improve arm muscle, it firstly takes the same kind of dedication and ability to follow instructions that any kind of muscle building does. Unfortunately, as with anything in life, there is no miracle solution or secret formula' that builds your biceps for you. However the process can be made a hell of a lot easier with these 3 tips.
1: Pump up the intensity
You'll see me comment on intensity on a regular basis, simply because to really improve muscle, and specifically to improve arm muscle, high intensity workouts get the job done much, much faster. Make sure when you're at the gym or doing your exercises at home that you both limit the rest time between sets, and push yourself as hard as possible during sets. Doing light lifts every day, despite giving you that feeling that you've done something, really won't help improve arm muscles.
2: Get enough Rest Days
It's a common mistake to train daily or to over do things when you're looking for fast results - but it's always a bad idea to train too much. As many people already know, muscle is actually built during rest times and rest days. A good place to start if you're without a plan is to work out every other day, this will give the body enough time to rest and build itself, thus leading to improved arm muscle.
3: Work the Whole Body
Although the main goal here is to improve arm muscle, it's utterly essential that you give your whole body a good, intense, fat burning workout. The temptation always exists to focus on the areas you're looking to build the most, but this doesn't actually lead to better results in reality.
