. Safety training is a weapon that every employee must have in order to achieve high safety performance.

However, a safety training effort will be successful only when there is support from the managers and supervisors. Safety starts right at the top. Both time and money are invested in a safety training program. The training can be conducted through online or by getting contracts with outside training providers. If the training is done with the help of outside trainers, the supervisors have to adjust their work schedules so that the employees could attend the training sessions. These have been designed to make sure all trainees understand the course materials.

Your employees will be fully dedicated to the safety training if you yourself are dedicated in that. Safety work environment is a joint effort and that doesn't lie only to the employees or to the employers alone.
