I met a tutor who shared his story that really sounded sad. He said that he has his scheduled life in which he did not find time to be with his children in every holiday he had.

So far he has not been with his family and kids in any of the vacations. Everything has been missed by him. He was really interested in knowing how the kids react to things and how does it make him being with them.

The main beginning of the problem was periodic updating in a Gratitude Diary. This though had many negative impacts on the work he did, it had other positive effects. He wanted to try this for a 6 month time with his students.


The work they had to do was for 9 weeks and twice the times they had to do. The work was to note down simple tasks that had made them happy with a sense of thanking. If they would like they could share it with pals at the finish of the task.

They carried out the project at all the nights of a week and it was the topic of the day. Many showed interest in it and shared it as talks for dinner and even messaged it to the ones who wanted it.

Parents of such kids noted many changes in their kids and they totally changed because of the project that was taken up.

This change really made me happy and reduced all the stress. This was more in some days where they had holidays. Sleeping in time and getting up in time will stop all the tension and stress.

The result of this program was loss of weight, less stress and no tension. They also found good night's sleep.

Without analyzing the negative side of a person and having a healthy relationship with a positive way of approach is the best way to lead a great life.

When one analyzes the bad side of life and starts to worry then it will welcoming the issues like stress, worries, hypertension and putting in too much of unhealthy weight.

Peace and happiness will be affected when stress comes in. Stress causes a lot of health issues and also paves a way for headaches, neck pain and other serious effects.

I do accept that I am not comfortable with telling the three things that made me happy and thankful. If this is done then the victory of the task is got.

Writing the Gratitude Diary for two months will help you in achieving the mental peace and provide lot of happiness. The only thing to do is to find the right things rather than doing the wrong.
