So you want to increase jump higher, and want to know the easiest exercises to do so? Well then you have found the right place! Read on to learn how we have found the easiest exercises and how we exploited them to gain over 12 inches in our vertical leap.
Calve Raises
Unbelievably easy exercise! Just stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your heals on the ground. Then use your calves to stand up onto your tippy toes. Then lower yourself back to your heals and continue to repeat. You will know you are doing it right if your calves start to burn! Squats
An exercise you probably did in gym class but one that is very effective! Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and squat down as low as possible. Try and touch your bum to the floor! Box Jumps
Grab a box. Stand in front of it. And Jump! Haha not that easy but almost! Find a box which you feel is a comfortable size and place it in front of your body. Now jump and land on the top of the box with your legs straight. Continue to perform until you need to increase the size of the box.
