Index Investing is the way to start investing. The crisis has severely damaged investor confidence and the little confidence in equities is continued in the society.

It therefore follows that when you can not use company iShares this scheme. But the company does Think Capital. Think Capital is a company based in the Netherlands which has the advantage for Dutch investors that you can use the tax system.
