No sale of undeveloped plots by a foreigner investor is allowed in India. They will have to seek the completion certificate from a local body before finalizing any type of sale.
No repatriation is allowed before three years from of the project.
Approvals of the Foreign Investment and Promotion Board are required for any type of sale or purchase activity.

The companies seeking spaces for their office use mostly look for a location that is well connected with the other parts of the city and have easy access with public transportation. The office must not be located at a distant place and the area where it is located should be commercial or corporate in other words.
