Looking at the Colts over the past couple of years

, there is some wonder as to where be their desire and drive at? This was a team that a few years ago was unstoppable and was not able to be slowed. In the past couple of seasons, the Colts are looking like a team ready to be put out to pasture. While there is still a little bit of life left in the team, there needs to be a change in command and soon. This will not be a good year for the colts, if they are not able to get their head into the game.

Peyton Manning has done a remarkable job as the Quarterback for the team. There are few players that could have done the type of job that Manning has done with such perfection as he has. There is little work that needs to be done in the way of passing; the real work will come from the team as a whole looking to get on the road in the rushing game. This is where all of the major problems seem to be developing.

The passing game of the team is the one area that very few improvements need to be made; there are several different aspects that will need to be explored in order to make full use of the teams overall projections that many experts placed on them in the off season. These experts apparently have the secret to the Magic eight ball as to what does the future hold for the Colts.

Then there is the issue of the running game that the team needs to make sure that they use all of the tools that they have at their disposal in order to effectively get down the field and as a result score more points than they did in the previous season. This will be an important aspect that will need to be evaluated in the long run for the team and for the overall success of the team. This success will be dependent upon the offense and the defense all working together in order to accomplish the many feats that the Colts will be aiming for in the season.

In the end of the season, there will only be one team that will be left standing as the true champion for the season, this team will be the dominant force that withstood all challenges and became more than just a simple team, they became a part of history and etched their name in the history books as a true champion.
