Indianapolis Used Hyundai Dealerships Proud Of Fantastic Customer Loyalty
Although their names sound alike, consumers dont seem to be confused about which car brand gets their loyalty
. Hyundai recently overtook Honda and knocked Toyota out of the number one spot for brand loyalty according to the new Market Intelligence report from Kelly Blue Book.
Indianapolis Hyundai dealers are proud that their continued service and the quality of the Hyundai vehicles has brought the brand to number one among customers. Hyundai ranked this in 2009, but by February 2010 Hyundai owners had brought the brand up to first place.
Hyundai also performed better than the rest of the car segment in February 2010 by a good-sized margin and Hyundai valued increased by 2 percent month-to-month as opposed to a 0.3 percent increase for the general car segment. Indianapolis used car dealers are excited to know that their customers are pleased with the Hyundai brand overall.
The new 2011 Sonata also was named to Kelley Blue Books Top 10 Most-Researched New Vehicles list. As of February the Sonata was the fifth most-researched new car, in the company of more established models like Honda Accord and Toyota Camry.
James Bell, market analyst for Kelley Blue Book, said, A large part of Hyundais momentum is a result of introducing passionate new products like the 2011 Sonata and 2010 Tucson. To sustain this momentum, Hyundai should continue to promote its attractive new-vehicle lineup, solid warranty offer and strong price points to new car shoppers.
With the strides Hyundai has made in the auto industry in the last decade and the growth in popularity of its models, especially in the U.S. market, no doubt the company will follow that advice. Indianapolis Hyundai dealers certainly have plenty of examples to point to when it comes to their new models.
Hyundai President and CEO John Krafcik recently talked about how 2009 was a banner year for Hyundai and that the company planned to carry that over to 2010. Well, it looks like they have achieved what they set out to do. With impressive new vehicles like the all-new Sonata and our dedication to deliver stylish, fuel efficient and affordable vehicle, more customers are adding Hyundai models to their shopping lists, Krafcik claimed.
And why not? Even Indianapolis used car dealers have noticed more interest in the Hyundai models and that interest does not seem likely to wane anytime soon. Hyundai has apparently listened to what its customers want and merged safety and technology to create models that rate high in safety testing and, obviously, customer loyalty.
I have to admit, reading blogs from Hyundai owners and seeing the statistics, I will certainly be looking a Hyundai models for my next purchase.
