Indore, bustling with huge real estate activities today, is the largest city of Madhya Pradesh. The most developed and thus, the most sought after residential areas in Indore include Manorama Ganj, New Palasia, Saket Nagar, Kanchan Bagh, Shrinagar Colony, Ratlam Kothi, Sudama Nagar, Suklia, Gulmohar and New Usha Nagar. The northeastern part between A B Road and the Bypass to Agra-Mumbai highway is currently among the most rapidly developing areas of the city. It comprises of the prime localities of Bombay Hospital area, Bicholi, Shalimar Township, Pipliyahana, Schemes 54, 78, 114, and Vijaynagar area. The price appreciation in built up properties has pushed just little 10 to 15 percent while land prices have almost doubled in last 2 years.
Among the commercial hotspots in Indore are Race Course Road, M G Road and A B Road where shopping malls and commercial complexes crowd the skyline. This will be employed to improve roads, to change old sewage lines and to rehabilitate slum dwellers of the city.
The Next IT City of MP' has carved a significant place in changing outlines of India's IT map as it offers all it takes to be an IT destination- availability of land, lower labour and property costs, business environment as well as physical and social infrastructure.
