, a definite equation for sure pregnancy comes as a welcome change for all the uncertainties. The most common fertility problems are concerned with general health issues. Generally unhealthy couples have lesser chances of conceiving. Health issues could range from chronic illnesses, such as diabetes and hypertension, to vices, such as drinking and smoking. List the possible ailments or substances that could decrease your chances of conceiving, and deal with them correspondingly (and preferably with the guidance of your doctor). Many women have irregular periods, and this could either be an indication of an underlying problem, or could easily mean more difficulty in determining ovulation patterns. By regulating your menstrual cycle, you can become better at predicting when your body is most fertile, hence, increasing your chances to become pregnant. Another problem for women is uterine problems. Many women seem to have more hormonal problems as their age progresses. Some of these problems could lead to the thinning of the uterus lining, which makes it more difficult for a zygote to latch on to. Fortunately enough, though, many hormonal medications are already available that can help women eliminate any uterine problems that they might have. Lastly, a major concern for both men and women is circulatory problems. This could be caused by a lot of factors, the most common of which is stress. By eliminating the cause of the problem, or by taking some supplements, circulation problems can easily go away, bring infertility problems along with it.
