Infinity Blade for the iPhone 4! It's Awesome!

Gaming has always been a passion of mine. I've been playing since I was about 5 years old. It all started the day my dad brought home an Atari 2600; I remember sneaking downstairs almost every night to play.

Today, I have all the latest gaming consoles. From my Atari to my Xbox 360, I'm rarely bored at home. But I never imagined that I would be able to play something as graphically amazing as Infinity Blade, on my iPhone 4, while walking down the street.

The game runs on Epic's Unreal Technology, and let me tell you, at times it looks as good as Gears of War on my Xbox 360. The characters and environments are simply stunning. The lighting and animation rival what you would find on a top notch console.

The sound is also unbelievable, especially for on a phone. If you play with headphones, be prepared to get blown away. The music is epic and it truly sets the mood. From the clanging swords to the sound of an enemies flesh being sliced, you'll truly appreciate the work that was put into the details of this Apple application.

Infinity Blade also utilizes the full capabilities of the iPhone 4s Retina Display. The graphics are utterly amazing. And don't worry if you lack the newest Apple device, you can still play this masterpiece on a 3GS, iPad, or iPod Touch.

Use the touch screen to point your character in the direction you want to go. Once he's there, let the action begin. Simply use your finger to swipe your weapon and let the blood fly.

Huge battles await, as you make your way through the castle. This is where you face enemies, one-on-one. Each one is tougher than the last, so you will need to upgrade your character with different weapons, shields, and armor, as you move through the game.

I could easily go on for hours about Infinity Blade. The game needs to be played to understand just how far the mobile gaming experience has come. Epic Games and ChAIREntertainment truly crafted an amazing piece of artwork with this app.
