Paramount. Because while experimenting both the dryers, the difference was seen well seen. The Babyliss Thermal Ionic dryer gives the hair a sleek look but it made the hair much dryer than the Velecta Paramount. And also it was not that sleek as that of the former. The Velecta Paramount dryer created shiny smooth beautiful hair which was really striking. Even the photographs taken during the experiment showed the difference!!!!!
