0 Introduction Infrared Stealth Coating binder and filler mainly two parts. Binder is the basic component should have a low radiation rate; filler composition, purity, particle size, shape, heat treatment effects, the dispersion in the paint and coating content and other factors can affect the radiation effects; other pigments , curing conditions and other factors also affect the coating emissivity. This paper focuses on metal filler, pigment and coating curing process on the infrared emission rate.

1 experiment 1.1 Experimental materials and equipment

(1) raw material: Epoxy resin (Bisphenol A-E series), aluminum powder (100 mesh, 140 mesh, 200 mesh), CdS, polyamide resin, phenolic resin, Paint additives Ethanol.

(2) Equipment: M-1730-type Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, HWF-1 infrared emissivity measurement instrument, FA2004-type Electronic Balance, DH72-1-type constant temperature oven, QZM-1 Conical grinding ,85-2 temperature magnetic stirrer, glass slides (25mm 75mm).

2 Results and discussion 2.1 Metal Filler on the Properties of Coatings
