Ingallinas Box Lunch began in 1991 as a caf which also catered Box Lunches to corporate offices and other hungry customers. In 1993 the box lunch department separated from the caf and Ingallinas Box Lunch was born!

In 2005 Ingallinas Box Lunch once again expanded and opened a location in Portland, Oregon. Customers soon began to realize the value of Ingallinas.
