Completely giving up these habits will be difficult but try to start lessening the time spent for these habits. Take insomnia seriously as it would badly affect your health and your behavior in the long run. Since the body is not getting its required rest, it will start showing problems that would make you feel like not talking with people or doing any work. You might also start shouting at people without reason.

Doctors have seen that getting a proper sleep with a balanced diet is necessary for the overall health of a person.
