Instant Money Pages - Is it a Scam?

I had a chance to check out this product called Instant Money Pages when my brother got it a few weeks ago-- let me tell you, I gave him the business for buying something online he hasn't researched at all and didn't even seek out help with, but he had been reading about online marketing for a while during his work vacation and he was too passionate about the subject at the time to talk any sense into him. I told him I'd come over the next weekend to check it out and see if we could at least make the most of what he'd gotten. What happened next really had me reeling.

By the time I made it over to his house, he had already made over forty dollars in a few days using this system. This is my brother, please remember, the guy that just a few years ago didn't even know how to turn the computer on. The same guy that constantly asks me how to save files and often needs help finding those files after they've been saved!

I was instantly interested, and what I found surprised me. Although I have never tried making money online or anything like that (I have a pretty good job and don't want to waste my spare time with things like that) I wasn't really impressed with a lot of the information in this package, but what WAS impressive, was the extremely simple ways it shows you how to make dynamic and beautiful web pages. I myself needed to make a site for my local freecycle group so I actually used the information in it for that, but the system works. My brother has since saved enough from what he's earned from using InstantMoneyPages to take his wife on a nice weekend vacation.
