I was not satisfied with the operating system installed on my laptop and my laptop was running really slow
. I was sick and tired of the slow performance of my laptop. Some of my friends were using Windows 7 and were really happy with it. So I thought of uninstalling the current OS and installing a fresh copy of Windows 7. As I am not very familiar with the technical aspects of computers, I called a local computer technician and asked him to do this task for me. He did it but to my disappointment charged a hefty amount for doing the same.
Few days later when I turned on my laptop to do some official work, I encountered some issues with it. It was automatically shutting down very frequently and an error message was also popping up while I was working on it. It was really frustrating! I was all the more scared about my work as my laptop had all my important and confidential data and official files which were not saved anywhere else. My job was gone if, if that data is lost. I realized my mistake of calling that local technician for installing Windows 7 on my laptop. I was robbed!
I called a friend of mine who once told me about a tech support company which can resolve all issues with computers by using some latest technologies. He told me about that company in detail - that this company can access any computer via the Internet and can resolve all issues. I was amazed and decided to call this tech support company. A very polite girl took my call and I told her the entire story. She told me with confidence that she could resolve this issue very easily. Believe me guys, in just a matter of minutes, she fixed all problems with my Windows 7-based laptop and my laptop is like new and free of errors. She also installed an antivirus on my laptop to secure it against all potential Internet threats.
I want to thank that girl and that tech support company for fixing all issues with my Windows 7-based laptop. I would also like to thank that friend of mine who told me about such an advanced and helpful company which understands customer problems and can easily lend an ear to our problems.
