Q: What if customers want a specific color match imprinted on their lanyard?

A: The factory offer the closest match to "PMS" color number for each special color in the artwork. PMS stands for Pantone Matching System. For more information on the Pantone Matching System click here (www.pantone.com). If customers require embroidered logos, factory can dye a thread to closely match customers' PMS color. A sample will be sent for customers to approve their "sew-out".

Q: What graphic file should customers send?

A: Art files must be created in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or CorelDraw. The factory encourage customers to provide not less than 1:1 actual size of the artwork.

Q: What must customers provide to place an order/inquiry?

A:Placing order has never been easier. All the factory need is customers' artwork, the PMS colors for both the lanyard and the logos, quantity of their order/inquiry, and the accessories or attachments.

Q: What is customers' Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: The MOQ is 100pcs.If customers want to enjoy no setup or mold fee,the quantity must be more then 3000pcs.
