Once your freebie is in place, advertise it everywhere you possibly can. Tweet about it or send an email blast to your mailing list. Announce the freebie on other websites or blogs that you have developed relationships with. Advertise it on social media sites and don't forget to add it to your signature in your email, along with a link to your site. Before long you will have a following of appreciative individuals.

After you have developed relationships and a following of people interested in your niche, you will be in a position to actually offer something for sale. You will be surprised at the difference there will be in your sales figures when you have taken the time to build your personal credibility and develop relationships with people on the web first.
