Women's Day is internationally celebrated every year to support females' rights. It is a spectacular moment for acknowledging women's power worldwide. It is an occasion to mark female endeavor in the past and honor the present to encourage the future.

Since the celebration completes 100 years, the world prepares to do many more for providing a better world to underprivileged women & girls in different parts of the world. It is a global initiative to give every female her right to vote, get educated & work in better atmosphere. This is done for stopping entire gender discrimination so that each female child lives her life like any ordinary male child to the max. It is a day to fight against all violence, which they face in their day to day life.

Over the years, women's struggle has got global recognition in the power game of politics, business world and in the society irrespective of all adverse conditions. Though, 21st century woman enjoys much privileges compared to earlier time, but there are still many more to do for total upliftment of their society.

Several women oriented programs are being held on the diamond jubilee (100 years) of International Women's Day. A number of schools & governments are participating to make such events successful. It is heard that the president of the United States has declared entire March month as Women's History Month on behalf of the global festival. So this 8th of March get ready to witness one of the greatest events of the history. Millions of people are joining a procession led by the famous performer plus social activist, Annie Lennox, across the "Millennium Bridge" of London to recall women's pain & sufferings for their rights over the decades.

So this Women's Day you too participate in those events to deliver every woman her basic right to vote, work, to be trained and move. It is a way to let them enjoy their life to the fullest.
