Unless you are a computer tech I recommend that you find software that can not only
do Internet explorer troubleshooting, but can fix the problems it finds. Good software will do amazing things for you and if the software is worth its salt you will be able to download a trial version and check put your PC before you buy. So you really will have nothing to lose except a PC that runs Internet Explorer like a drunk sailor.
