Currently, I have been working as a consultant for small businesses looking to capture sustained traffic to their expensive, under-utilized websites through a series of SEO, podcasting, organic, video marketing, and social media networking.

As far as salary history, I have been working as a freelance consultant for the past year and a half. Typically, I work with customers who are comfortable with short term contracts at the $30/hour mark. If you have long term goals that need to be maintained, I would be willing to negotiate a different salary dependant on full-time or part-time employment.
