Now I am not talking about becoming a serial refunder. That in it's self is a no no that will ruin you online.

Just saying as a producer you have a responsibility to make sure your product does what the sales page says it will. just saying as a buyer, the product should be fully tested but if it is no good. Refund due.

Producing quality products helps the industry as a whole. Returning a bad product raises the bar fr the whole industry.

Before asking for a refund, make sure that just because the product did not work for you that it was not you that was the limiting factor.

Sometimes very good products get a bad name because abilities that are just taken for granted by intermediate and advanced marketers are not a part of your skill set.

For the long term, successful marketer, things like basic web design and actually advanced online promotion are a must. Don't believe those no website needed offers for a minute.

Very few long term models will let you by with not having your own blog or website.

Some short sided, short term programs will make you a little money every now and then. Short term will not ever turn long term without the aid of a website. Your own hosting and domain name is a real winner.
