once i was sitting in the International airport Boryspil in KIev. thousands of foreigners were exitting the terminal. and there were immediately taxi drivers attacking the potential clients. they were offering them their services. they offered them to take them to Kiev for very low prices. the taxi from the airport to Kiev costs about 25-30 USD. the taxi drivers asked only about 60-100 USD. somebody bought it and somebody not.

Ukraine is developing pretty quickly in all aspects. many people are learning English and you already may find more people in the street who might help this tendency is popular for bigger cities. when you travel to small ones people still do not speak much English there. the sings and many things are written in Ukrainian or Russian and very rarely in English.

so when travellers come here to Ukraine they challange a problem with the language. it will be difficult to get around for them, to find their place and etc. also they are easy to take advanatge on them. they will be told different prices and etc.
