Interview is a type of dialogue in which two or more than two persons ask the different questions to a candidate

. The purpose of interview is to check the confidence and knowledge of candidate. They see the knowledge, confidence and abilities of candidate that is he able for the post for which he is trying to get. Sometimes the members of the board ask different questions to the candidate crossing the questions of each other to puzzle the candidate. They want to see the tolerance and courage of candidate. They can ask the questions about your relative field, general knowledge, current affairs and world issues. They want to see how much you have knowledge and news about your country and whole the world.

Therefore when you have to go to your interview, you should be cool and relax. Your mind should be fresh. You must have grip upon your subject or skill. Consider you don't know the answer of any question then don't lose your confidence and temperament. They can also check your courage and temperament by asking stupid questions which are neither relate to your subject nor relate to general knowledge. In fact they check how much you are cool mind. Nowadays interview is compulsory to get any job. Either you are applying for a government job or for a private company. You will have to pass this stage for your success. Only lucky candidates succeed in this exam.

One member of the interview board may be a psychologist who notes the weak points of your personality which you show. When you give the answer of any question then he notes the speaking style, your hands and finger's movement, your face expression, confidence and temperament. But don't hesitate before him. To face this man you need just confidence. Don't be aggressive at your interview. It can break the impression of your personality and you can slip from the selection. Over confidence is another negative point of your personality which will not give you any benefit even throughout whole the life. Always avoid from the disputation or argumentation. Just have trust on God. Always remain in touch with the latest information about your field, skill, current affairs and world issues. You should keep it in your mind that the practical life is quite different from your academic life. To get the job experience is also necessary besides the education. So everyone must have experience in their fields. Computer education is the big demand of today. It is being used in all departments. Remember when you are ready for interview you should always wear neat and clean dress because dressing shows your personality. Don't be over excited and over confident and avoid from using the heavy words in your answers. Always remember that interview is the first step to find your aim.
