It is our intuition that can take us to the heart of what matters, it can cut through the noise providing calm in the face of chaos.

We are all intuitive. You are already intuitive, now, whether you respect, listen to or act on your intuition well, that's a different thing entirely!

There is no right or wrong way to be intuitive! Intuition involves making decisions on the basis of inadequate facts, we tend to think that the knowledge it brings to us isn't legitimate. Intuitive insights often come in a form that we don't recognize, they do not relate to our usual concepts of time, space and personal identity.

Intuition becomes active whenever you are engrossed in concentration and get lost in the moment, so much so that you lose track of time. You don't question your next move, your choices or insights or even how the process will end. You are in natural flow and life becomes easier - talk to any athlete about getting into the zone, or being in the flow - they recognize the ease of playing from that place, the ease of movement, of knowing what to do effortlessly and without question. This is what life can be like for you too when you live in sync with your intuitive energy.
