, started out his career as a betel and tea shop owner. It was observed recently that a magazine have been accusing Sudhir Moravekar of creating high profits from ghost hotels and it blamed Panoramic group of running some cross country scams.

Though the magazine have state that they have the evidence but still those evidence are not yet accepted by the Law. The whole story unfolded when two employees of the Panoramic group, blamed company about certain unethical way of conducting business. The company however in his defense has said that those two employees had certain disciplinary issue and was reprimanded for it. They are trying to avenge this insult by blaming the company. This dispute is still going in the law of court and the verdict is still unsure off.

We would like to focus on some of the things which were purely neglected in many of the reports that mentioned this story. Panoramic Universal Limited has reached to the top in less than a decade and it was vastly because of the vision the Chairman Sudhir Moravekar had. Let us all know the actual source of income for the group. Apart from the hotels in India, New Zealand and United States of America, the group also offers an investment scheme for the general public. Apart from this hotel business, Panoramic group also has an investment scheme named Pancard clubs investment scheme. It's an investment scheme for the public where in along with the returns on this investment, public would also acquire certain amount of days that can be utilized in the hotels and resorts managed by the group.

Other source of income include from their travel portal which caters to both International and Indian holidays. Travel hot is the portal which is in the list top 10 sites visited under travel category. Travel Universally is their another portal which caters to International Holidays and the customer visiting this site has been on a increasing trend. The revenue from these two portals also makes a significant share in the total revenue. A small contributor to their revenue is their IT sector which focuses on software development and consulting services. They cater to small and mid-sized companies for their Software Development.and consulting needs.

There is another venture under the Panoramic Holidays Limited which operates on Timeshare concept. Magic Holidays is one of their products where in the company guarantee members an inflation free holidays for a period of 25 years. So it's not really about high profits from non existence hotels but from the above mentioned source. It would be very tricky to know why this issue is being carrying on for so long. Either way the court of law will decide who is on the right side of the law.

All we can do is to wait for the judgment. The things mentioned here or in other magazines will not be having any impact on the outcome of the jury. They just don't believe what is printed and circulated. They want the exact facts and figures and we hope that Justice Prevails at the end.
