Stop and think for a moment about your adventures as a teenager

. You might smile when remember a few of them, and you might feel sadness or regret at others. However, in any case, I'm sure that you think that some of the things that you did because you thought at that time that they were cool, were stupid or dangerous.

Today's kids are no different. If anything, they are worse. They were born in a time where hard-work and values are regarded as obsolete and useless. It's all about looking good and impressing your peers and one cute girl or boy. Moreover, in our time, boys were the ones that took on stupid and dangerous dares but girls were relatively safe. Not anymore. Girls now do their share of things that they don't think through.

To make matters worse, things that were deplorable in our time, like casual or premarital sex, drugs, alcohol, tobacco and violence are now glorified and praised by the media. Just look at any PG-13 movie and you'll see that a lot of the material shown is questionable.

When parents remember their teen years and the state of affairs of today, they are much more likely to support iPhone spying. That is, using a software program to spy on their children's iPhones without being noticed.

I again ask you to remember the most dangerous thing you ever did when you were young. Now, with an adult head, what would you think if your child did that? Most of these involve drinking and driving, but they might also involve smoking, using drugs, shoplifting, having sex, etc.

With such a program, you'll be able to know if your child or your child's friends are interested in such activities or if they have plans to do something similar. And if they are, you can do something about it now. Remember, you were lucky, but your child might not have your luck.

Do not wait. Your child might be the best-behaved child in the world, or it might just think that something looks fun. Moreover, when teenagers drink, they tend to take even more careless decisions.

Look, there is no perfect protection. We certainly have to let our children live their lives. But that doesn't mean we can't consider iPhone spying to greatly reduce the risk of harm to our children. In fact, when your child will have your age, he will realize how much you love him, just the way you realize today how much your parents loved you.
