Iron & Steel Castings
The followings are some iron and steel castings produced by our foundry in China
. Most of them are gray iron, ductile iron and carbon steel castings, rough and machined.
1. This is a type of cradle brackets used on the heavy dump trucks. Our foundry delivered them after machining and hot dip galvanizing coating. We produced them by automatic molding equipments, and have manufactured them for over 5 years. The material is ductile cast iron GGG50.

2. These are axle support brackets used on small tractors. We delivered them after black electrophoresis coating. Our client machined them in their own workshop. We produced them by green sand casting process. The material is ductile cast iron GGG40.

3. These are manifolds used on wind driven generators. Our foundry produced them by shell molding casting process, and delivered them after machining. The material is gray cast iron GG20.

4. This is also a type of large cradle bracket used on trucks. Our foundry are manufacturing many types of cast iron brackets. This bracket was make by resin sand casting process. The material is ductile iron GGG50.

5. These ash collector tubes were produced by resin sand casting process. The material is grey cast iron with Cr alloy. We delivered them after machining and painting. They were used for the ash collectors on boilers.

6. These are grey cast iron capstan heads. We produced them by resin sand casting process. Each casting is about 300 kg. The material is grey iron GG20. They are the important part for tugboat.

7. This is a compressor shell. We produced them by resin sand casting process. The material is ductile iron. Because of their complex inside and outside structures, so normal green sand can not meet their requirements.

8. We are producing these foundation plates for our clients. Their unit weights are from 100 kg to 300 kg. We delivered them after machining and grinding to mirror surfaces. Because of high requirements to the casting defects, we produced them by resin sand casting process.

9. These are carbon steel castings. We produced them by normal sand casting process, and delivered them as rough casting conditions. Our clients machined them by themselves. These parts were a type of pipe fittings.

10. These are cast iron butterfly valve bodies. We produced them by green sand casting process, and delivered them after finish machining. The material is ductile iron GGG50. Our foundry could produce these types of valve bodies from DN80 to DN500.
