Avant Compensation Model
The Avant compensation model is comprised of retail profits and residual overrides. The profits are paid for the sale of the Elevate home study course, Transform conference and the Transcend conference. To qualify for retail or residual overrides you first must become a qualified distributor. The requirement to become a qualified distributor and earn commission is one retail sale for the commissioned level. Avant allows your own retail purchase to count as your qualifying sale.
The retail profits are (Elevate $1,000) (Transform $5,000) (Transcend $10,000). The residual overrides are the commissions made for products sales made by your team which are paid up to 4 levels deep. (Elevate $50) (Transform $250) (Transcend $500).
