In the old days these were people who worked very hard at prospecting and became very good at closing the deal when they were able to get in front of a new potential distributor.

Today it is cool to see how the same names pop up on the leader board of various programs. This should be a clue to you as to what effortless sponsoring really takes.

2. The key to making sponsoring in network marketing today easy is building a large email follow up list. The reason the same people pop up on leader boards of one program after another is because they have a list of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of people they can contact for any given program.

All they have to do is make up their minds they are going to push a program and a certain number of people will immediately follow them. This is made possible because they have a large email list and because they have credibility with the subscribers in it.

3. Therefore to develop your own easy sponsoring system you need to learn how to do email marketing in a large way. This means you need to learn how to promote landing pages and your own website so you are capturing prospects email addresses and names.

It also means that you are offering helpful information to prospects which is branding you as an expert and enhancing your own credibility. The more people you have personally touched and believe in what you say the easier your sponsoring efforts become.

4. So how do you learn to promote on the Internet the best way? One obvious way is to contact successful distributors and ask them how they are doing. A good place to start is to go off line because network marketing distributors benefit when they help their downline.

Another thing you can do is find good mlm training. You Tube is a good place to offer video training. Discussion forums are another place to find training from successful distributors.

In summary effortless sponsoring is really possible but difficutl. The skill level you achieve will ultimately determine how good you become at sponsoring new distributors in an effortless way. This may take some effort, but the payback is worth it in the long run.
