Is Flying On No-frills Airlines Better?

, rarely first class, and no food. So what's the benefit of these airlines?

Many people choose no-frills airlines in order to find very cheap tickets, and they've helped the airline business by bringing down fares all across the board. Even the traditional airlines have been forced to cut their prices to meet the cheap no frills airlines low price tickets. And it's no wonder, no frills airlines are doing incredibly well considering the very low and sometimes poor level of comfort that they offer. The airlines rarely give out meals or drinks, though they're more than happy to sell you a snack, a meal, or a cold soft drink or alcoholic drink.

When taking flights from Miami to La Romana it would of course be preferable for one to simply book with a reputable airline. But the proponents of no frills airlines explains that they are useful because they open up the airline industry to less wealthy customers who may not otherwise choose to fly, and is there by doing a public service.

But no frills airlines add on a lot of fees. The price you pay for the ticket will not usually be the price that ends up being taken from your credit card. When booking flights from San Francisco to Atlanta with a no frills airline you may note that with credit card fees that are outrageous and additional fees for every piece of luggage you take, it doesn't always work out cheaper take no frills airlines.

So next time you book flights from Tampa to Nassau, skip the no frills airlines and opt instead for the people who you can trust, the traditional airlines who care about their customer and will always make an effort to keep them happy.
