Is It A Good Sign If Your Ex Girlfriend Is Calling You Up?

It can be hard to deal with having the desire to win back someone that you broke

up with and then getting what seems to be good signs from that person, but still not feel sure if they truly do want you back in their life. If you have broken up with a woman and you know that you would like to be able to work things out and she starts calling you up, then you probably are going to take that as being a GOOD SIGN. However, there is still a part of you that's not sure about that, because you are not back together yet.

So, is it a good sign that your ex girlfriend is calling you up?

It might be, but it might not be. I don't say that to intentionally confuse you anymore than you already are, but the truth is, you have to look at the context of when she calls you up. There are plenty of women who will call up an ex boyfriend when they feel lonely, but it doesn't always mean that they want to get back together. There are also plenty of women that will call up an ex boyfriend because they want to feel good about themselves at that moment and if they know that their ex still likes them a lot, they know that he will probably say things to boost their ego.

What do you talk about with your ex?

If you only talk about mundane topics and a lot of the conversation is very platonic, then it may not be a good sign that she wants you back. It may be that she just needs someone to talk to and she knows that you will be there to take her call. On the other hand, if she tends to talk about things that sound a little more relationship like, then it may be a good sign. The things that you talk about with her will say a lot about the way that she really feels.

Should you take her calls?

That depends on what is going on. If you are just creating a pattern where she will call you up whenever she needs an ego boost, then No, you shouldn't take her calls all of the time. You should make her find someone else to do that for her. On the other hand, if you sense that there is something there between you and her still, then you might want to keep taking her calls when you can. Don't drop everything to speak to her. You don't want her to think that you don't have a life of your own.

If you want to win her back, then you have to become MORE than just a phone buddy to her. You have to become more than just a guy she can call when she feels lonely or needs to hear someone tell her how great she is. You are not going to win her back that way.
