Also, start playing in large terrains and different playing fields to prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally. Ask your friends to try out different arenas every game day for familiarization. Lastly, research on the various rules and regulations that professional paintball tournaments are using in your area. You could look it over in the internet or maybe ask friends who are already playing tournaments for information. Before you get too excited, just don't forget that the game is all about having fun and creating new friends along the way. Do not get too overboard and forget the very reason why you started playing paintball in the first place.
