Going into the drug and health food stores, I find there are so many different products promising to make you look younger if you use them
. It's in your make-up, lotions and creams that you apply to your face. These only make you appear younger in the face, at least that is what they are supposed to do. What about the rest of your body? Having the face of a 35 year old at 50 but the body of a 60 year old or so, its surely not a wise idea. How can we keep our whole body young. Our heart, all of our skin, bones, joints, avoid arthritis, eye diseases, brain, memory the list goes on and on. Instead of spending a fortune on these products, I am going to tell you about the benefits of Omega 3.
If you add omega 3 to your diet, either in the form of supplements or otherwise, it could help to slow down the ageing process and enable you to lead a longer and a healthier life. If you do not have any heart disease, cancer or any age related disease, you could actually enjoy those later years you have always dreamed of. If you do not have inflammatory arthritis, you will remain fit as a fiddle and play every game you can dream of. It is very possible to avoid these diseases if you start consuming omega 3 supplements on daily basis.
Omega 3 could keep your memory sharper and possibly prevent the development of Alzheimer's disease. I would love to remember my loved ones and be able to enjoy life with them till the day I die. Its a frightening thought to live a solitary life without knowing anyone.

Things that we do to promote our skin to age faster are, smoking, drinking alcohol and not applying sunscreen before going out into the sun for hours. Be smart about the above mentioned things and you may also extend your youthful appearance.
Other things to avoid to help keep a more youthful look are eating lots of foods high in insulin. They are carbohydrates, sugar, white flour and starchy foods. They also promote the ageing process more rapidly.
I am keenly looking forward to my retirement years. It would be a nice feeling to look and feel younger than my actual age. You should ensure to get sufficient omega 3 to stay healthy and retain your youthful look.
