Is Online Network Marketing Better Than Offline Network Marketing

?

In this article I'm going to answer the question, is off-line network marketing better than online network marketing? After many months of doing both I can truly say that there is no best way of building a network marketing business. Both off-line and online can be very effective strategies. Many good friends of mine have built a successful off-line network marketing business. The key question that you must ask yourself before deciding whether you should build your business off-line or online is where are your talents?

Off-line versus online is all about marketing, and marketing in network marketing is all about marketing you before you market your company. People join YOU in business not your company. The biggest thing you have to realize in your business is that you are not marketing your company, you are marketing you.

The biggest mistake that I see distributors make is that they become a product of their companies and they do not think for themselves. They are told what to think, how to act and what to say. They are not thinking like a business person or like an entrepreneur. So whether they are going out in their local marketplace prospecting, handing out business cards, handing out company CDs or DVDs they are seen by the public as local solicitor's and not as a consultant or business professional.

The same goes for online network marketing. The strategies for off-line network marketing work, it's just that for the majority of distributors they do not work fast enough. Meaning they cannot generate enough quality prospects to make enough sales to pay their bills each month. When I say this I mean that it takes an incredible amount of effort and time to invite prospects out to an event and then qualify them and sort through the ones that are going to join you or that need to think about it first.

But with online network marketing you can set up autopilot systems that will do all the sorting for you and save you time in your business. I chose to go online because my major problem was simply not having the time to go through the numbers to find quality prospects on a daily and weekly basis so that I could pay the bills in my business. This was my major reason for going online in my business. It is the main reason most Network marketers get frustrated and eventually quit their business. They literally run out of qualified people to talk to. In closing, off-line network marketing is a good way for some but if you want to use technology to really leverage your business growth then I would suggest online network marketing.
