Relaxing mind means a state where the mind is not under stress or active. In today's lifestyle, this seems to be impossible. Stress and tensions surround us all the time. Whether the tension is in regards to the job undertaken, household work or any other thing. Now days most of us tend to believe that we are under stress during the weekdays and relax only on weekends. This is considered to be a common belief. Is this the correct way of living a life? Living a relaxed life all round the clock not our right?
In accordance to medical diagnosis, most of us feel we are under stress because of heavy work load, targets to meet, given tasks to be completed etc. This is a commonly heard response given by maximum number of individuals. At time in our lives, while chasing our dreams we forget to sit back for a while and relax. We begin imagining the things on our own and get tensed. We respond in stressed way whenever we come across any similar situation. These habits of ours take away a big piece from our quality of life.
We have taken and keep on adopting the same habit i.e. taking stress as a part of life. Very few amongst us think that when we have to leave this world with lot of work incomplete then why to hurry and create hassle instead of working in a relaxed manner. Practically thinking what is the use to work stressfully. In search of a better future and tomorrow, we forget our present and ruin it.
According to several studies and health diagnosis it is found that maximum diseases occur due to stress and tension. Medical diagnosis states that not only non critical illness takes place but at times critical diseases life diabetes and heart diseases also take place due to stress and tension. It feels as if we are running behind achievements and have no time to relax. Working continuously throughout the week without rest is the living trend that most of us follow. Increase in heart attacks, depression etc. are the results of stressed lifestyle.
Why can't we as individuals try and lead a stress free life through out no matter whether its weekdays or weekend. Why have to wait for weekends to relax and by that time just exhaust. One should try and make themselves feel relaxed and give a break during their hectic schedule. One can take over with anything of their choice and interest and relax for a while.
