That depends. If you had a restaurant, would it matter to you whether people knew that your restaurant existed? Sure, you could tell them you had a restaurant on an individual basis, but this is a rather slow way to build a business. Search engine optimisation is necessary to ensure that your website ends up on the top Google pages or other search engine sites. Think about when you search for something on the internet. You type in your keywords and the pages appear. You probably check out the sites on pages one, two, maybe three if you're dedicated enough to your search. More than likely, if you don't find what you are looking for on those pages, you enter different keywords.

Keyword stuffed pages and articles are no longer search engine friendly.

Whether you outsource your articles or write them yourself, you need to be aware of proper keyword use. You need to know how to do keyword research as well. If you don't, all of your time, effort and money will have been wasted.

Link-building is a fantastic way to increase your page ranking and narrow your target audience to better matched buyers, which will drive the right kind of traffic to your site!
